1. NDC INSPECTOR
-- Qualifications
- Minimum certified ASNT level 2.
- Be familiar will all requirement inspection & test in civil construction work ( steel structural/welding, earth work & concrete work).
- Have 8 (eight) years recent experiences in similar position and job.
- Possess technical competence, organizational skills, administrative ability.

- Observe the progress and quality of the work as work proceeds in order to ensure compliance with Project requirement.
- Monitor the work schedule and note any deviation.
- Maintain accurate records during the performance of the inspector's duties, i.e., inspection report, daily reports including weather
conditions, correspondence, work proposal, shop drawings, product data, etc.

2. SURVEYOUR COORDINATOR
-- Qualifications
- Minimum D3 Technical Engineering.
- Has competency certificate in recent position.
- Minimum 8 (eight) years total experiences construction of road and well pad construction in oil & gas / geothermal, mining and power
plant.
- Minimum 5 (five) years recent experiences in similar position.
- Familiar with survey processing & mapping program.
- Able to process survey data, cut & fill calculation by using computer program such as terramodel, Civil 3D or similar program.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
-- Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School or Technical High School.
- Familiar will all requirement inspection & test in civil construction work ( steel structural/welding, earth work & concrete work).
- Having 8 (eight) year experience in similar position and job.
- Minimum 10 (ten) years total experiences construction of road and well pad construction in oil & gas / geothermal, mining and power
plant.
- Able to Inspect various components of civil construction installation to ensure compliance with project requirement and subsequent
acceptance by the design team and project owner.
- Establishing punch lists and overseeing satisfactory completion, with dates of beneficial occupancy and final completion.

4. QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR
-- Qualifications
- Minimum D3 Civil Engineering.
- Familiar will all requirement inspection & test in civil construction work ( steel structural/welding, earth work & concrete work).
- Minimum 10 (ten) years total experiences construction of road and well pad construction in oil & gas / geothermal, mining and power
plant.
- Having 8 (eight) year experience in similar position and job.
- Must be able with technical competence, organizational skills, administrative ability.
- Observe the progress and quality of the work as work proceeds in order to ensure compliance with Project requirement.
- Able Monitor the work schedule and note any deviation.
- Able Maintain accurate records during the performance of the inspector's duties, i.e., inspection report, daily reports including
weather conditions, correspondence, work proposal, shop drawings, product data, etc.

5. HSE SUPERVISOR
-- Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Hold certificate of National Oil and Gas HSE Supervisor (Operator K3 Migas).
- He/She must have at least 7 years experience in construction activities.
- He/She must have ability in managing work related risks and preparing good quality JSA and TRA (task risk assessment).
- He/She must have excellent knowledge, experience, skills and ability in supervisory capacity for all HSE aspects of construction field
activities such as: work equipment hazards and risk control (hand-held, portable tools, machinery hazards), electrical safety, transport
hazards and risk control (light/ heavy duty vehicle), fire safety, chemical and biological health hazards, physical and psychological
health hazards, ERPs, PTW system, MOC implementation.
- He/She will report to Contractor’s HSE Coordinator.
- He/She must have ability in conducting quality HSE meetings, Hazard Observation and implementing stop work authority (SWA).

6. HSE COORDINATOR
-- Qualifications
- Education minimum Diploma of Public Health, Enviromental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Hold an internationally recognized HSE qualification, i.e. NEBOSH certificate or similar, and National Oil and Gas HSE Supervisor
certificate (Pengawas K3 Migas Madya).
- Be of reasonable Construction seniority and have access to Contractor’s Management. (to be verified into an interview prior to Company
acceptance).
- Shall Not substitute for health, environmental, or other specialists (e.g., in areas such as firefighting, medical, etc.).
- He/She must have at least 10 years experience in oil and gas construction activities.
- He/She has a proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writting and speaking).
